A row of attached modern homes unified by a single rhythmic street elevation — blue and beige blocks, brick-texture panels and recessed balconies repeated across each unit.

The development needed a cohesive, contemporary identity across multiple identical units while giving every home its own balcony, gated forecourt and sense of address.

A repeating facade module pairs deep-blue frames with warm beige and brick-textured infill, recessing the balconies for shade and privacy. Matching compound walls, picket gates and a continuous plinth tie the terrace together as one composed street edge.

A disciplined row-house elevation that reads as ordered and premium across the group while each home still keeps its own clear address.
