Atelier 47 Residence

Exterior · Pune, MH · 2024 · 210 m2

A contemporary two-storey residence in concrete and warm timber, accented by terracotta-toned beams, glass-railed balconies and an expressed external staircase.

The home needed a modern, layered exterior that shades its openings, gives the upper floor private balconies, and keeps a warm residential character on a green plot.

Grey concrete volumes are softened with timber cladding and a terracotta accent frame that ties the balconies together. An external stair and a cantilevered upper floor add depth, while large openings and glass balustrades keep the elevation light.

A warm, contemporary villa exterior that balances solid and light materials, with shaded balconies and a clear, welcoming entry.

  • Concrete-and-timber two-storey massing
  • Terracotta accent beams framing the balconies
  • Glass-railed balconies and a cantilevered upper floor
  • Expressed external staircase on a landscaped plot
