A calm residential composition shaped around natural light, layered privacy and warm material restraint.

The client wanted a residence that felt open through the day while still holding quiet private zones for family routines, guests and work-from-home moments.

Planning was led by movement, daylight and the relationship between shared rooms and retreat spaces. Materials were kept warm, tactile and restrained so the home could age gracefully.

The final space balances openness with intimacy, using proportion, natural finishes and considered storage to create a refined everyday home.
