Garden Court Residence

Planning ยท 3,600 sq ft

A two-storey residence shaped around porch arrival, garden-facing edges, practical family rooms and flexible guest accommodation.

The home needed a comfortable ground-floor daily layout with bedrooms and service spaces, plus an upper floor that could support family rooms, guests, pantry use and outdoor balconies.

The ground floor places the porch, living room, kitchen-dining, store, pooja, bedrooms and bathrooms around accessible movement from the main entry. The first floor adds bedrooms, a guest room, pantry, pooja room and balcony edges that make the upper level useful beyond sleeping rooms.

The design gives the residence a flexible family program with enough outdoor connection to keep both floors comfortable.

  • Porch-led residential arrival
  • Ground-floor family living and service planning
  • Guest room, pantry and pooja on the upper floor
  • Garden-facing balcony connections
