The masterplan needed to organize multiple uses while preserving clarity of movement, open-space hierarchy and future flexibility.

We studied access, edges, pedestrian flow and public-private transitions to shape a framework that could support growth without losing coherence.

A clear urban framework that balances circulation, landscape structure and phased development logic.
