A three-floor healthcare building planned with hospital functions below and a complete residence on the third floor.

The project needed to organize emergency care, OPD, diagnostics, surgical support, patient rooms and family living within one clear vertical stack.

Ground-level access is reserved for emergency, medical store, parking and utilities, while the first and second floors handle OPD, reception, laboratory, ICU, operation theatre, nursing and patient rooms. The third floor shifts into a private residence with bedrooms, living, kitchen-dining, temple and balconies.

The final planning separates public, clinical and private residential movement while keeping lift, stairs, services and waiting areas easy to understand across all floors.
